Appearance: About 5'8", has the sort of muscle you get from doing physical labour as your day job. A few scars here and there but nothing that really stands out.

Name: Twenty Years
Power: It's an exact copy of himself. Looks exactly the same as him and interacts with the world exactly like he does (ie same strength and feels like a normal human to the touch etc). He can see through its eyes and generally otherwise experience whatever it's physically experiencing. It has no consciousness of its own and is fully directed by his consciousness, and although it comes with a significant boost to his ability to concentrate on doing two things at once it could still become quite mentally taxing if he does it for any length of time or if he has to concentrate particularly hard on those tasks. Basically, he can be in two places at once and he can even have two conversations at once but if one of the conversations gets too intense the other one might start to suffer. He'll get better at that as he goes!
